Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council, Inc. (SMOC), is a private non-profit, 501(c)3 Community Action Agency. In September of 2024, SMOC learned we were selected to receive a Family Resource Center grant from the DCYF.  Contracting took some time, but on December 30^th, we had a fully executed contract and could officially start work on the project.

West Creek Apartments in Chaska, Minnesota, is an apartment complex designed to serve homeless and at-risk youth in the community.
