The Minnesota Community Action Partnership (MinnCAP) strengthens the capacity of its member agencies to achieve their poverty-fighting missions, through influential advocacy, collaboration, and training.
For 60 years, the Community Action Network has inspired a spirit of hope, helped millions of people each year change their lives, and improve communities all across Minnesota.
The Community Action vision is clear—we believe in a state that creates opportunities for all people to thrive, builds strong, resilient communities, and ensures a more healthy and sustainable society.
Community Action strategies and solutions evolve as the needs of individuals and communities change. Community Action co-designs services and strategies with individuals who have lived poverty experience. Community Action is experienced; we are experts in advancing opportunity by helping people and changing lives.
