Minnesota Community Action Association Resource Fund (MCAARF) is a 501c(3) nonprofit corporation that was established in 1992. Its purpose is to help secure various grants and funds to support the mission of Minnesota Community Action Partnership (MinnCAP) and its 24 member agencies as they endeavor to move more Minnesotans out of poverty and build community resiliency. MCAARF is administered by a board of volunteers.
