Lakes and Pines Highlight: WRAP (We Rally Around Parents)

Lakes and Pines provides the WRAP (We Rally Around Parents) program. WRAP is no-cost, easily accessible programming for caregivers of young children which offers parental support and community resource connections, designed to help lead to self-sufficiency by building better relationships within the family and community. Services are currently available in Aitkin, Chisago, and Pine Counties.

The programs work at creating a family-centered plan to address the mental health/social-emotional needs of a family. The program assists in setting goals, identifying priorities, and developing action steps to reach goals. Coaching is provided to families in navigating application processes, collaborating with other service providers, fostering positive supports, and building family wellness.
