Chores and More - Anoka County Community Action Program, Inc.
The ACCAP Chores & More program assists with chore and homemaker services for residents age 60 + with an emphasis in serving the low-income population in Anoka County. The program provides housekeeping, minor home repair, mowing, snow removal, and seasonal yard work. These services also focus on helping seniors who are returning home from a recent hospitalization, those living with chronic or terminal illness and/or physical limitations. These services are performed by independent contractors who have been screened and interviewed and agree to the program guidelines. The Chores & More program also thrives on volunteer groups and individuals to do different types of chores for clients. Chores & More strives to provide a high quality of life to community members by bringing them together when assisting with these services.
