2023 Community Action Leadership Institute (CALI) class of participants presented their projects to the Minnesota Community Action Partnership Board of Directors Tuesday. The 14-member class projects ranged from advocacy to youth awareness to employee retention.
CALI participants spend a year working with MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership Executive Director Liz Kuoppala to take a deep dive into what Community Action Agencies in Minnesota can do to meet the mission of Community Action through new and innovative strategies. The participants worked in groups to create toolkits that agencies could immediately implement.
The CALI's 2023 class was awarded certificates of completion after presenting before the board.
